If an appointment needs to be changed or canceled, we may request reasonable advance notice.
Additional charges, cancellation fees, rescheduling requirements, or other conditions may apply where specifically disclosed to the customer before or at the time of service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate information regarding the property and the pest issue being reported.
Customers may also be required to:
Provide reasonable access to areas that need to be inspected or treated
Follow preparation instructions provided before treatment
Follow post-treatment instructions provided by Cove Pest Services
Inform our technicians about known property conditions that may affect service
Inform us about pets or other relevant circumstances when appropriate
Avoid interfering with treatment areas as instructed
Follow applicable safety instructions provided by our technicians
Failure to follow preparation or post-treatment instructions may affect the effectiveness of a service.
6. Pest Control Services
Pest control results can vary depending on the type of pest, severity of the infestation, property conditions, environmental conditions, structural conditions, sanitation, customer compliance, and other factors.
Cove Pest Services will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
However, no pest control service can guarantee that pests will never return.
Where a warranty, guarantee, retreatment policy, or service agreement applies, its specific written terms will control.
7. Treatment and Safety
Customers should follow all instructions provided by Cove Pest Services regarding preparation, treatment, re-entry, ventilation, pets, children, food, and other safety considerations.
Customers should not interfere with, move, modify, or otherwise alter treatment applications unless instructed to do so.
If you have questions about a particular treatment, product, precaution, or re-entry instruction, contact Cove Pest Services before entering or using a treated area when applicable.
8. Payments and Charges
Customers agree to pay the applicable charges for services provided by Cove Pest Services in accordance with the pricing, estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other terms communicated to the customer.

Treatment requirements
Frequency of service
Additional services requested
Property conditions
Materials or labor required
Any recurring service or service plan will be subject to the terms communicated to the customer when the service is established.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Recurring Services
If you enroll in a recurring pest control service or maintenance program, the applicable service frequency, pricing, payment terms, cancellation requirements, and other conditions will be communicated to you when you enroll.
Recurring service does not necessarily mean that pest activity will be completely eliminated at all times.
You may contact Cove Pest Services regarding changes, cancellations, or questions concerning your recurring service.
10. Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize Cove Pest Services to contact you regarding inquiries, estimates, appointments, requested services, customer support, and other communications related to your interaction with us.
Communications may occur by telephone, email, text message, or other communication methods you have provided.
