Dennis Misser, Founder & Owner of Cove Pest Services, brings more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience to a company built around one simple goal: provide the kind of service people can genuinely trust. Dennis founded Cove to bring together experienced professionals who believe pest control should be done differently, with integrity, attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As a locally owned company serving Bradenton, Manatee County, and the surrounding communities, Cove is being built with long-term relationships in mind. For Dennis, protecting paradise means more than controlling pests, it means protecting the homes, businesses, families, and communities that make this area special.When he’s not working behind the scenes to build Cove, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of everything the Florida coast has to offer.
Matt Belanger, LEad TEchnician and Certified Operator

When you trust someone to protect your home or business, experience matters—and Matt brings 18 years of it.From starting as a termite technician in 2008 to working across residential, commercial, multifamily, and termite pest control, Matt has built his career around knowing the industry inside and out. Add more than a decade of management experience, and you get the kind of knowledge and leadership we’re proud to have representing Cove. But what matters just as much to us is how our customers are treated. Matt believes in taking the time to do the job right, explaining what he sees, answering questions, and making sure every customer feels informed and confident about their service. Outside of work, Matt is a proud dad to two daughters and enjoys concerts, gaming, grilling with longtime friends, and cheering on the Patriots, Spurs, and Lightning.

Peyton Louk, Office Operations ADministrator
Peyton Louk brings 6 years of experience in the pest control industry to Cove Pest Services. Peyton plays an important role in making sure every customer receives friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable service from their very first interaction with Cove. With her strong understanding of the pest control industry, Peyton is able to answer questions, help customers find the right services for their needs, coordinate with our team, and make the entire process as simple and stress-free as possible. She takes pride in building genuine relationships with customers and providing the level of care and communication we want every Cove customer to experience. Outside of work, Peyton enjoys expressing her creative side through painting and photography. She also loves spending time at the beach and hanging out with her German Shepherd. Peyton’s combination of industry knowledge, attention to detail, and welcoming personality makes her an essential part of the Cove Pest Services team and our mission of Protecting Paradise.
